What we do
Landed Spain publishes general information about moving to Spain and introduces people who are moving to local providers. The service is free for people who are moving. Providers pay us for introductions.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
Our guides, residency checks and move plans are general information. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and they may be out of date. Confirm anything you plan to rely on with a qualified professional.
Providers are independent
Providers we introduce are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. Any agreement you make is between you and the provider, and the provider is responsible for their work, prices and conduct. We check providers before listing them, but we don't guarantee their work or any outcome, including the result of a residency application.
Your part
- Give accurate answers, and only your own information.
- Use the site only if you are 18 or older.
- Don't use the site to collect other people's information or to send spam.
Our liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on information on this site or from the acts of a provider.
